Site Infrastructure Changes

While I once had a lot of time to work on this site, those days are gone. I’m the senior technical resource at my current job and not just cause I’m the only technical security guy anymore. I actually have a growing team of hackers now and we are kicking ass. That said, I manage enough servers at work that I wanted to make this blog as hands off as possible. If I have time to do something, I want to add content. Not mess with the backend server stuff, or spend the time to properly add SSL via Cloudflare. That said, I am moving the site to wordpress.com. They have SSL and autoupdates. I was interested in WP Engine as a secure looking WordPress hosting option, but they are too expensive for a hobby site. This will do for now.

If you are getting into security or IT and starting a blog/website I do recommend doing what I did at first. That is building everything yourself, especially if you don’t have a lot of cloud or server experience.
